ONCE A WEEK SEEMS JUST ABOUT RIGHT
Today, I went out before the rain starts, and it only took me 15 minutes to clean up 14th Street. I picked up 79 pieces and it's all cleaned up again. It seems like picking up trash in Dayton, Tennessee, really makes a difference. It stays pretty clean between cleanups. So after I finished that, I started on a new area, 11th Street from 27 to Broadway. I only made it to the railroad tracks, but that was enough for today. Here's why: I found an entire case of purified water! I wonder if it fell off the back of a truck. I find lots of water bottles, some empty, some full, some with disgusting stuff in them, but I've never found an entire unopened case before! I found all these extremely heavy 3" bolts. That's why I didn't stay out as long as I usually do. My trash cart was hard to pull with all these in the bottom of the trash can. I'll take them to the trash place tomorrow and put them in the metal container. ...
