Is this a homeless camp?

It was cold and windy, but I wanted to clean Wilbeth Road from Main Street to the Towpath.  There's a lot of traffic on this road, and a lot of trash.  Lots and lots of liquor bottles, and I like to find them before they are busted into a hundred tiny pieces.

I cleaned this area, south of Wilbeth Road last summer, and it was so secluded and scary, I decided not to clean it again.  But since the tall grass is dead, it's not so secluded.

I heard plastic whipping in the wind, and when I looked up, I saw what looks like a homeless camp.  It's a bunch of house parts all stuck together with garbage bags!  Can you believe people live in a place like that?  

I don't know how it doesn't blow down from the wind.

Wilbeth Road has a bike area on both sides of the road, but I would be afraid to ride a bike on the road.  There is so much traffic going really fast!

Well, it's all clean now.  The sidewalk is badly in need of repair, but at least the trash is all picked up.
